The event will be held at the West Texas A&M Track & Field Complex which surrounds the soccer field at Buffalo Sports Park in Canyon.
“This weekend will be a great opportunity for our kids to tune up before the LSC meet and hopefully better their NCAA marks,” noted head coach Darren Flowers. “We are looking forward to a strong field of competitors and another great meet here at home.”
The women will be competing against 12 other teams this weekend including Barton County Community College, Clarendon College, Eastern New Mexico, Midwestern State, New Mexico Highlands, New Mexico Junior College, Odessa College, Texas-Permian Basin, Texas Tech, Texas Wesleyan, Wayland Baptist, and Western Texas College.
The men’s field will also welcome BCCC, Clarendon, ENMU, Odessa, UTPB, TTU, TWU, Wayland and WTC.
