Where Locally to Celebrate Super Bowl Sunday

There are some touchdown deals around town.
The 48th annual super bowl is quickly approaching, and many local restaurants are ready for what some sa is the busiest day of the year.

If you're ready for the big game, butt don't want to stay at home, you have options.

Brian Lehman from 7 Bar and Grill says, "77 cent kids meals all day long.  And then during the game we're doing ten dollar domestic buckets. And we're also doing half price cheese sticks and half price cheese and salsa." 

Lucio Martinez from Hooters tells us, "we have dollar off buckets of beer."

Jon Buffington from Buffalo Wild Wings says, "we have a tall domestic beer special going on tomorrow.  We also have a our normal full menu all day long and we'll have plenty of seating for first come first serve, so whoever can get here earlier enough to watch the game."

All the guys say they're expecting big crowds, and they're prepared.

David Hernandez from Buffalo Wild Wings says, "we definitely have all you need to sit comfortably and watch the game."

He tell us they're already getting a lot of preorders, and a lot of calls from people asking if they can reserve tables.

He reminded us they do not take reservations.

Hernandez says no matter where you grab a seat, you're guranteed to have a clear view of the game.

"Roughly we have about 66 tv's, well over 60"

Speaking of carryout orders, Hooters tells us they have 2 big to go packages.

Lucio Martinez from Hooters says, "one's a field goal and ones a touchdown.  Ones with fifty wings ranch and celery for $37.99  and we have the touchdown which is 100 wings for $75.99"

All restaurants are family friendly and say they welcome children of all ages.

All places say they're looking to have a good time with everyone..

Whether they're wearing blue and orange.. or green blue and silver..

Buffington says, "we're pretty  excited.  It a big game and we know we've got a lot of fans of both teams here in town

On super bowl Sunday nationwide, about 80 million avocados will be eaten, watchers will down 325 million gallons of beer, and snack on an estimated 1.23 billion chicken wings

The Denver Broncos will be taking on the Seattle Seahawks at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey.

The game starts February 2 at 5:30 p.m. on Fox.
