UPDATE: Fatal Wildfire now 65% Contained

The fire has burned more than 2,500 acres and 1,300 homes have been evacuated.
UPDATE:
HUTCHINSON COUNTY -- Troy Ducheneaux with the Texas A&M Fire Service now says that 156 structures have burned because of this fire.
        The fire is still only 65% contained as of 10:00 p.m.
UPDATE:
HUTCHINSON COUNTY --  The fire started at around four yesterday afternoon near Harbor Bay at Lake Meredith.
    The texas a-and-m fire service says 2,100 people evacuated from 1,300 homes.
    Homes and structures totaling 131 have burned, and one person had died.
    More than 2,500 acres have burned so far, and the containment number keeps changing.
    The latest information is that the fire is now is only 65% contained.
    Crews from all over the area are working to help.
    All roads are re-opened except the one leading to Lake Meredith Harbor.
AMARILLO -- The latest information, now on the fire that is still burning near Fritch. 

There were earlier reports from Borger Police that the fire was 75 percent contained but that is not the case.

The Texas A&M Fire Service tells us, as just a few minutes ago, at three this afteroon, 

One person has died. 

131 homes and structures were burned.

The fire has burned more than 2,500 acres and 1,300 homes have been evacuated.

The fire, according to coordinator Troy Ducheneaux is only 35-percent contained.
