Update: Police Arrest One After Chase

26-year-old Travis Little was arrested.
UPDATE-- Travis Little is behind bars after police say they stole a car and led them on a chase, last night.

Little is charged with aggravated assault on a public servant, among other things.

It's a followup story that we first reported last night.

Police say a Toyota was stolen early yesterday morning on tenth street and last night around nine an officer spotted the car, and tried to pull the driver over near I-40 and grand.

Officers say one of the passengers bailed out of the car and two others continued to drive.

Police were able to stop the vehicle and arrest Little.

The passengers in the car were later released.
UPDATE: Three people are behind bars after police say they were caught in a stolen car.

Earlier today, police got a report that a car was stolen on 10th Street.

Then, around 9 p.m., an officer on patrol says he spotted the car, and tried to pull the driver over.

Officers say one of the passengers bailed out of the car and two others continued to drive.

After throwing out spike strips, officers say they were finally able stop the vehicle near I-40 and Grand.

So far, no charges have been filed in the case.

AMARILLO -- If you're heading out in the area of I-40 and Grand, you might want to find another route.

That's because there's a very heavy police presence in the area.

I-40 to Southeast 19th is completely shut down, according to our crew on the scene.
