Taking a Swing

World's largest golf retailer outfits survivors of Boston bombing with custom fit clubs.
(NECN) Some survivors of the Boston Marathon bombings are returning to the game they love: golf.

On Wednesday, they received custom-made clubs that will make it easier for them to hit the links again.

The world's largest golf retailer and some golf pros gave some Marathon bombing survivors custom clubs ahead of the Deutsche Bank Championship, but they also gave them back some reassurance and some confidence.

The first time Mery Daniel ever took a swing was on one leg.

"I was like why not? I think it's a good opportunity for me to learn something new. Every day in life when you learn something new you move forward."
