Football Season is quickly approaching and high school, college and NFL fans nationwide are preparing to throw the most epic tailgates of the season. According to a recent Bank of America study, 77% of respondents will host at least one tailgate this fall. One in four people hosting a tailgate this season will spend over $100 on each party, and with the packed game schedules that can add up. So, how can the most devoted fans throw the best tailgates on a budget?
 
Adam Richman is an American actor and television personality. He was the host of the Travel Channel's eating challenge program Man v. Food and its sequel Man v. Food Nation, as well as Amazing Eats, Adam Richman's Best Sandwich in America and Fandemonium. Through a large amount of traveling as a young adult Adam was able to feed his appetite for the best local dishes across America - he kept in a food journal. Recognizing a love for food he was able to gain invaluable on-the-job experience in the various restaurants he worked in, despite his lack of culinary experience. In 2008 Adam started his food personality career when he began hosting Man v Food for the Travel Channel, which quickly became their highest rated show. Adams first book, America the Edible hit stands in 2010 and he is currently working on his first cookbook. A regular contributor for the Today Show he is also a popular lecturer on the college circuit. When he is not showing America his favorite culinary dishes on the road, Adam Richman resides in his hometown of Brooklyn, New York.
