Suspect Arrested, Girl Found in Amber Alert

On Wednesday afternoon after 3:00 police set up a perimeter near Covenant Medical Center so that no one could come or go undetected. A car matching the suspect’s vehicle had been located near Covenant Hospital.
UPDATE 5:51 P.M. -- Just after 3:00 pm police set up a perimeter at a construction site near Covenant Medical Center so that no one could come or go undetected. A car matching the suspect’s vehicle - a Volkswagen Passat - had been located at the construction site. 

The Lubbock County Sheriff's Office said they were notified Tuesday evening by the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office that girl’s cell phone was pinged from the area of 19th and University Avenue with a radius of 3,000 meters – which is less than two miles. 

UPDATE 5:21 P.M. -- Officials have confirmed that the victim has been found.

LUBBOCK -- The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office issued an Amber Alert for a 15-year-old girl. 

Police are looking for Juan Fabian Arenas Delacruz.

The suspect was last seen in the city of Lubbock.

Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.
