Storms Leave Path of Destruction

Tornadoes cut deadly path from Nebraska to Michigan.
(NBC News)  At least two people are dead and more than a dozen injured after a storm packing twin tornados tore through the small town of Pilger, Nebraska Monday.

An estimated 75-percent of the small farming community was completely destroyed.

"City hall is gone, the fire dept is destroyed, the public library has severe damage," says Stanton County Sheriff Mike Unger.

The tornados were part of a wide spread storm system that also spawned apparent twisters as far north as Wisconsin.
