Sex Offender Sentenced for Possession of Child Pornography

David May will register as a life time sex offender and after getting out of prison will be placed on ten years intensive supervised probation, and lifetime parole supervision.
CLOVIS -- David May, 36, was sentenced to serve 10 years in the New Mexico Department of Corrections for possession of child pornography.

A search warrant was issued for May’s computer and May was arrested on April 18, 2013, after the Curry County Sheriff’s Office detected the computer was being used to view and share pornographic images of children under the age of 18. May entered a guilty plea to 10 counts of Possession of Visual Medium of Sexual Exploitation of Children under 18 years of age.  

May will register as a life time sex offender and upon completion of his term of imprisonment, be placed on ten years intensive supervised probation, and lifetime parole supervision.
