CLOVIS -- An apology letter to a San Antonio Federal Court has been rejected by a judge in the case of Clovis couple, Donald and Sherri Brewer.    
A judge ordered the Brewers to submit an apology for their alleged involvement of conspiracy to defraud the US of $6 million.
According to court documents, Donald and another defendant were employed with Karta Technologies in San Antonio.
They allegedly set up a fake subcontracting business as a go between for Karta and the US Air Force.
