CANYON -- Starting next week, if you owe any type of fees to Randall County you will not be able to register your vehicle.
It is a state law called The County Scofflaw.
Randall County Commissioners discussed that law today.
The county can now refuse to register a vehicle if the owner owes the county money, such as fees or fines.
That law will go into effect in Randall County on June 16.
