PERRYTON -- A civil rights lawsuit against Perryton ISD over a controversial holocaust lesson is dismissed.
A student sued the school claiming he was hurt while representing a Jewish person.
We told you about it back in 2012.
The student also claimed the school district violated his 4th amendment right to be free from excessive force and his 14th amendment right to bodily integrity.
On Monday, the Fifth Court of Appeals dismissed the suit saying there was no evidence to prove the school district violated the student's constitutional rights or that the district is responsible for any violations.
