(KING) A Seattle attorney has filed a dozen more legal claims stemming from the deadly Oso Landslide.
Corrie Yackulic is filing the legal claims on behalf of family members of landslide victims.
Nine new claims were for wrongful death; one was for "outrage and negligent infliction of emotional distress," and another for destruction of property.
The claims are against the State of Washington and Snohomish County.
Robin Youngblood, who lost her home in the landslide and was rescued from the mud, said she hopes this leads to changes in laws.
"They knew there was danger," Youngblood said, "And they didn't even forewarn people."
