Oklahoma Primary Election June 24

Oklahoma State Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax said voters should be aware of several upcoming election-related dates and deadlines.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma’s statewide Primary Election is on Tuesday, June 24, but the deadline to request an absentee ballot is today and early voting runs Thursday through Saturday.

Oklahoma State Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax said voters should be aware of several upcoming election-related dates and deadlines.

Early (In-Person Absentee) Voting at County Election Board offices:

  • Thursday, June 19, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Friday, June 20, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Saturday, June 21, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Election Day - Polls Open:

  • Tuesday, June 24, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Last time for mail absentee ballots to be received at County Election Board:                    

  • Tuesday, June 24, 7:00 PM

Oklahoma has a closed Primary system, meaning only registered voters of a political party may vote in that party’s Primary
