The Obama Administration says another 1.1-million Americans signed up for health insurance through online exchanges in January.
According to federal data released Wednesday, that brings the total to nearly 3.3-million.
About a quarter of people signing up are ages 18 to 34.
Officials have said getting younger people to enroll is vital to keeping premiums from rising.
The administration has not released the number of enrollees who have actually paid their premiums to activate their plans.
