Those new clinics come just in time as breastfeeding rates in the US are on the rise.

According to new research, in 2011, more than 75-percent of newborns were breastfed.

Almost 50-percent were still breastfeeding at six months.

The report also finds that support for new moms is now easier to find.

Experts say breast milk has a lot of nutrients and benefits for a newborn.
