The Senate Intelligence Committe investigating the 2012 Benghazi attack says that day was "likely preventable".
The committee released its findings Wednesday.
The report claims that the State Department failed to increase security in the area, despite multiple warnings.
Four Americans were killed in that 2012 attack, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens.
