(KPRC) Two roommates are dead after a double homicide Wednesday at a senior living center in Houston, Texas.
Homicide detectives were called to the Lexington Place Nursing and Rehabilitation facility around 12 a.m. Wednesday.
Police said paramedics were at the facility responding to an unrelated medical call when staff alerted them to another situation in an adjoining room.
According to reports, the victims both suffered blunt force trauma to the head.
Police said the victims lived with two others in a room at the facility.
"A third male in the room was uninjured, and apparently he was asleep when this happened," Sgt. Ben Williams said. "We're talking to the fourth roommate involved in this and hoping that he can shed some light on what happened."
