An Abilene mother has been indicted for allegedly exposing her two children to methamphetamine.
An Abilene mother has been indicted for allegedly exposing her two children to methamphetamine.

Marissa Santana was arrested last year on a charge of endangering a child after the hair follicles of her two young children, then ages five and three, tested positive for meth.

Santana claims she never smoked meth around her children, but did smoke it in her home.

She says she was unaware that the smoke from meth could crystallize on surfaces such as furniture and clothing, thus endangering her children.
