(NBC News) The proposed Keystone XL pipeline that would carry oil from Canada to Texas may be one step closer to approval.
The State Department has released it's long anticipated environmental impact statement, which found the project will have "no major" climate impact.
President Obama has already rejected the project once, but with this report, the pressure to approve it is growing.
