Jury Chosen in Capital Murder Trial of Mario Campos

Investigators say one of the defendants admitted that Mosely was killed during a robbery at his home and his body was put in a dumpster.
AMARILLO -- A jury has been chosen for the capital murder trial of Mario Campos in the 1998 disappearance and death of a Canyon teenager.

Campos is one of two men charged with the disappearance of 17-year-old Fred Moseley.

Investigators say one of the defendants admitted that Mosely was killed during a robbery at his home and his body was put in a dumpster.

Despite the fact that the body has not been recovered, Randall County DA James Farren says one of the suspects, Gerald Dooley is expected to testify about what happened.

Dooley is expected to plead guilty for his part in the crime as part of a plea deal.

Campos' trial is expected to last at least a week.
