One of the most lovable actors in Hollywood has signed on to play, well, one of the most lovable characters.

Bill Murrray will portray the lovable, good-humored, groove-loving bear Baloo in Jon Favreau's combination live-action and animated version of Rudyard Kipling's "The Jungle Book".

The actor joins A-listers like Lupita Nyong'o and Scarlett Johansson.

The movie is scheduled to release October 9, 2015.

She might not have won an Oscar for her role in "Gavity"

But Sandra Bullock is laughing all the way to the bank.

The actress tops this year's Forbes list of highest earning actresses.

Bullock earned a whooping 51 million dollars between June 2013 and June this year.

Second on the list? Jennifer Lawrence.

Some of the cast of "The Big Bang Theory" might soon give sandra some competition.

According to people magazine, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki are about to ink a 3-year deal that will earn them a million dollars per episode.

To top it off, their contracts will include bigger shares of the profits from rerun sales and development deals.

The actors will be among the highest paid on TV.
