History Comes to Life at Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum's Night at PPHM

Bring your family and flashlights for the 6th Annual Night at PPHM. Explore the museum exhibits in the dark and watch characters come to life to share what life was like on the Texas Panhandle Plains over the last 150 years and answer questions from guests. This event is not meant to be scary, but provides a unique opportunity to visit the museum after hours. Tickets will be sold at the door. Admission is $10 for adults & museum members, $5 for children ages 12-4, and free for children under 4.

To celebrate the petroleum industry in the Texas Panhandle and the upcoming renovation of The Panhandle Petroleum Story exhibition in the Don D. Harrington Petroleum Wing, PPHM will host Petroleum Day on Saturday, June 14th.There will be activities, guest speakers, hot dogs, the movie Giant, prizes and FREE admission all day (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Visitors will have the opportunity to add their drop to the barrel by making a contribution to fund the renovation. Our honorary hosts are the Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association.
