You've heard the term "hangry," right?" When you're so hungry you get angry.
Well, apparently it's a real thing.
At least that's the findings of a new study that looks at couples.
Researchers at Ohio State University found that couples showed more aggression toward their partners when their blood sugar levels dropped.
Experts say people need energy or food to keep their self-control, and their temper, in check.
The takeaway from this, researchers say next time you need to discuss something sensitive with your partner do so over dinner or better, after it.
