Former Police Chief Arrested in Dallam County

A former North Texas Police Chief has been arrested twice in the past week by the Dallam county Sheriff's Department.
TOM BEAN, TX -- A former North Texas Police Chief has been arrested twice in the past week by the Dallam County Sheriff's Department.
    Current Tom Bean Police Chief, John Hunt says former Chief Michael Webster was arrested for allegedly tasing another officer, and stealing and selling two firearms from the evidence safe.
    And for accusations that Webster sold an AR-15 that belonged to the Tom Bean Police Department lead to the second arrest.
    Chief hunt says that Webster is still licensed as an officer, but was not employed by the any law enforcement organization at the time of the arrest.
    Webster has posted bond following both arrests.
