Floydada Teacher’s Aide Indicted For Improper Relationship

A former Floydada ISD teacher’s aide was indicted Thursday morning for a felony charge of improper relationship between an educator and a student.
LUBBOCK -- A former Floydada ISD teacher’s aide was indicted Thursday morning for a felony charge of improper relationship between an educator and a student.

Officials said Hope Warren, 50, resigned in late April once the allegation was reported. Officials say the allegations pertained to a teenage male student. 


At last check Warren had not yet been arrested on the indictment.

There had been talk of handing over the investigation to the Texas Rangers.

However, as of Thursday the ongoing investigation remained with the Floydada Police Department.
