Employees Held at Gunpoint for Beer

Armed Robbery
AMARILLO -- Store employees were threatened by gunpoint for two cases of beer.

It happened about 10:15 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of Amarillo Blvd. East.

Police say three men went into the store. One had a ski mask and a gun. The man with the gun told all the employees to get on the floor.

Then two other men went to the cooler and stole two cases of beer.

All three men left the store and got into a dark pickup. Someone else was waiting for them in the driver's seat.
