Early Voting Starts

November 4 Election Day
AMARILLO -- If you're looking to cast your ballot early for November's election, now's your chance.

It kicked off Monday and will run through next Friday, November 1.

On the ballot: one constitutional amendment would use $2 billion from the state's Rainy Day Fund to create a Water Development Board. That would help cities and towns develop and finance major water infrastructure projects.

Here locally, Amarillo voters will decide on a $31.5 million bond. That would fund the Amarillo Recreation Complex, or the ARC.

Amarillo voters also will consider 21 proposed amendments to the City Charter.

Election day is November 5.
