AMARILLO -- High school culinary and AG students are getting to test their kitchen skills with food professionals.
The documentary True Beef from Pasture to Plate follows the Connaly High Culinary Arts team as they visit parts of the Texas Beef Industry.
Today, they stopped at Caprock.
Caprock and Connally students competed in the Culinary Beef Challenge.
Judges from local restaurants taste tested the food.
After the competition, students learned about the financial future of the beef and AG industries.
