Busier families mean togetherness time is being chipped away.  Many families are taking fewer vacations together--that means the number of adults traveling with children are declining.  Some families hate the idea of having a kid-centric vacation devoid of adult entertainment, and most kids don't want to do what their parents want to do. But as kids head out of school for the summer, we have tips on unique ways to make together-time quality fun for the whole family, build new family traditions and create some great memories in the process.

About Kimberly Schaefer:
Featured in CBS's show Undercover Boss in 2010, Kimberly Schaefer has been Chief Executive Officer of Great Wolf Resorts since 2009 and has been with the resorts since their inception in 2004. Schaefer has over 20 years of hospitality experience for guests of all ages. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin. Schaefer sits on the Board of Trustees for Edgewood College Business School and is a certified public accountant.  Schaeffer has a daughter, son, and husband who just wants whats best for the family.
