Clovis Man Sentenced to 13 years in Prison for Selling Meth to Undercover Officers

In December 2012, Urioste sold meth to undercover police officers on two separate occasions during an operation by the Region V Drug Task Force.

CLOVIS -- Robert Charles Urioste, 51, was convicted of two counts of Trafficking Controlled Substances and sentenced to serve  13 years in prison.  

In December 2012, Urioste sold meth to undercover police officers on two separate occasions during an operation by the Region V Drug Task Force.  Urioste was arrested in March of 2013. On February 19, 2014, Urioste pleaded guilty to the charges at a plea hearing.

Once released, Urioste will be placed on intensive supervised probation for a period of five years.
