Brothers Arrested After Altercation with Shovel

Officers were able to determine that Steven Rendon and 22-year-old Noah Levi Rendon II, brothers, had gotten into a physical altercation in the street and that Noah picked up a small garden shovel and struck the Steven repeatedly in the head.
AMARILLO -- On July 22, at  5:15 p.m., Amarillo Police were called out to the 3800 block of NE 12th on an Aggravated Assault.
Officers were able to determine that Steven Rendon and 22-year-old Noah Levi Rendon II, brothers, had gotten into a physical altercation in the street and that Noah picked up a small garden shovel and struck the Steven repeatedly in the head. 
After speaking with a witness, officers soon found Noah at a nearby address and arrested him.
Steven was taken to the hospital treated and released. 
Noah was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was booked into Potter County Jail. Steven was found to wanted on a outstanding Parole Violation warrant and was subsequently arrested and booked into Potter County Jail.
