Amarillo Zoo Holds Toddlers at 10

The Amarillo Zoo stroller club meets to see a live animal, listen to a story related to that animal and make a fun take home craft.
AMARILLO -- Some young children got the chance to visit the zoo and meet some animals friends.

The Amarillo Zoo stroller club met today to see a live animal, listen to a story related to that animal and make a fun take home craft. 

While the children may not be able to touch our live animal ambassadors, there will always provide touchable items, such as furs and feathers. 

Advance registration is required. 
  • Children ages 18 months to 4 years old    
  • Minimum of one adult MUST accompany registered child(ren)
  • Cost: 
  • $7.00 per child for Zoo Members   
  • $8.00 per child for Non-Members    
  • Includes Zoo admission for the day     
  • One adult admitted free     
  • Additional adults must pay program price
  • Time: 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m
