AMARILLO -- BSA Health System and Amarillo Diagnostic Clinic (ADC) announce that they have completed an employment agreement for the 129 employees, 17 physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants of the clinic.
ADC physicians include specialists in Internal Medicine, Womens Health, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonary Diseases, Infectious Diseases, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Sleep Medicine, and Nuclear Medicine. BSA will purchase the practice assets and the building will be sold to a third party investor group, ADCAMA,LLC.
The agreement provides for BSA assuming responsibility for administration and daily operations of ADC and will be effective on May 1, 2014.

The addition of Amarillo Diagnostic Clinic to the BSA physician group is an excellent fit and an honor. This new arrangement will enable the physicians of ADC to focus on their clinical practice of medicine while BSA assumes the business operations of their practice. The doctors will continue to care for their existing patients and their new patients."

Wayne Smith and John Milton for a clinic that offers specialized services to patients. As health care changes, we are fortunate to enter into this partnership with BSA to improve the quality of care in our community to prepare for the future."
