Affluenza Teen Court Hearing Wednesday

Attorneys for the teen claimed the he was a victim himself of "affluenza" -- meaning he was the product of privileged parents who never set limits for the boy.
The Texas teen who was sentenced to 10 years probation after he admitted to driving drunk in a crash that killed four people is scheduled back in court this afternoon.

Ethan Couch is expected to hear the terms of his probation.

Attorneys for the teen claimed the he was a victim himself of "affluenza" -- meaning he was the product of privileged parents who never set limits for the boy.

At this point, it's still unclear where the media will be allowed into today's hearing.

The judge yesterday denied a request from the local media to have a hearing on whether the proceedings should be open to the public.
