A Firehouse Staple: Tortellini Soup

1 can Beef Consume
2 cans Beef Broth
3 cans Italian Style Diced Tomatoes (drained)
4-5 Carrots (chopped)
1 lb. Sausage
1 bag of fresh Spinach (roughly chopped)
1 Zucchini (halved & chopped)
1 bag of Cheese Filled Tortellini

Bring consume and tomatoes in large pot. While that is coming to a boil, brown sausage. Then combine vegetables and sausage with the broth. Boil until carrots are soft.
