20th Alleged Victim Files Lawsuit Against Stanley Marsh 3

The plaintiff claims he had repressed memories of the abuse until news reports of other sexual assault allegations against Marsh aired.
AMARILLO -- Another lawsuit is filed against Amarillo millionaire Stanley Marsh 3.

The plaintiff, known as A.A., filed suit last week claiming he was a minor when he was paid to engage in sexual activity with Marsh.

A.A. is seeking more than $1,000,000 million dollars in damages.

The plaintiff claims he had suppressed memories of the abuse until news reports of other sexual assault allegations against Marsh aired.

A.A. says when he first met Marsh 3, he was paid to sign a release form, then engaged in sexual activity with him numerous times.  Most alleged encounters occurred during so-called closed door sessions in Marsh's 12th floor office of the Chase tower.

The plaintiff says Marsh 3 made him think the sex was consensual, therefore legal even though A.A. was a minor at the time.

This is the 20th suit filed against the eccentric millionaire claiming some sort of sexual malfeasance against minors.

11-have been settled out of court.
