Clovis Drug Trafficker Sentenced to 18 Years in Prison

During each arrest, Darren James was found in possession of large amounts of methamphetamine.
CLOVIS -- Darren Louis James 47, pled guilty to three charges of Trafficking a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree felonies.  

The charges stem from arrests made by the Clovis Police Department and New Mexico State Police on three separate occasions between November 2012 and February of this year. 

During each arrest, James was found in possession of large amounts of methamphetamine.   

James has been sentenced to serve 18 years in prison.
