PORTALES -- A bankruptcy judge is allowing Sunland, Inc. to reopen under limited operations.
The company, based in Portales, filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy back in October.
On Wednesday, the judge granted a motion to allow the plant to re-open; but, the motion will expire in 12 months.
The plant had about 100 employees when it shut down.
No word on if those workers will be rehired.
