HELP TICKET PROCEDURE: 

If you are experiencing problems with downloading or uploading text or video to Myhighplains.com, it is very important that you file a HELP TICKET with Nexstar Digital through the Help Line:  http://helpdesk.nexstardigital.com/    

Note:
Your User Name and Password are the same ones that you use when accessing the CMS system (not the encoder system).  This can be done from any location.

  • It is very important that the individual who has experienced the problem describe it in the Help Ticket rather than have the New Media Manager (or any other party) report it 3rd hand. 
  • Please file the Help Ticket on-line as soon as the issue has occurred so that the technicians have a better chance of observing the issue first-hand. 
  • If in doubt, it is always better to file a Help Ticket than assume the issue is not of a great consequence.
  • Your User Name and Password are the same ones that you use when accessing the CMS system (not the encoder system).  This can be done from any location, not just in-house.

 
PLEASE NOTE:  Your email address and phone number are the contact information listed on your request for the Help Desk.  Use your Direct line and/or extension number in the event that they need to call into the station after hours. Please check your email and voice mail regularly .
