Frequently Asked Questions:
Why does McFarlin's have the Pray For Snow promotion? We have to ask "Why Not?". We had a blast handing out checks the last two times. It was such fun playing Santa and having the opportunity to pay forward the joy our customers have given us all these years. We're told our fabulous customers have given their refunds to charity, used it to pay for their honeymoon, given money to family and paid off bills. Isn't giving and sharing part of the Christmas spirit?
Is it a gimmick? No gimmick but there are rules. The fact it snowed well over an inch Christmas day and our customers received refunds made local and national news last year. You probably know someone who received a refund.
Does McFarlin's increase their jewelry prices during the Pray For Snow promotion? Absolutely not. If you shopped for a piece of jewelry at McFarlin's prior to the promotion you will find it at the same price during the Pray For Snow Promotion.
Does McFarlin's lose money by having the Pray For Snow promotion? No. It's a fully insured promotion.

Is the qualified purchase made during the Pray For Snow promotion eligible for return or exchange? The insurance company allows for exchange only. Absolutely no cancellations.
May I choose in-store credit rather than pick up a check? Yes.
In the event the insured peril is met, may someone other than the qualified purchaser pick up the rebate check? No. The insurance company requires the person named on the receipt sign a release.
How will I know the insured peril was met on December 25, 2013? "Like" McFarlin's Jewelry on Facebook. We used it during last Christmas Pray For Snow promotion and our Valentine's Day Second Chance promotions to keep participants up-to-date on when we received notice the insured peril was met and when to pick up their check(s). Yes, it's happened twice so far.
