Zemer's Deli: Egg Salad

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Grey Poupon
  • 2 T chopped Dill Pickles or Dill Pickle Relish
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Cover 6 eggs with water until covered. Bring to a boil. Cover and boil for 10 minutes. Drain water and cover with ice. When the ice melts, peel the eggs. Dice with an egg slicer or chop with a knife.

Mix remaining ingredients together. Add more mayo if it’s too dry.
