Woman Indicted in Murder-for-Hire Plot and Arson; Another Suspect Indicted for Arson

A grand jury has indicted two people connected to murder-for-hire plot connected allegedly to Billy Ivy Jr.

Kimber Eisenhaur was indicted on solicitation of capital murder/remuneration, conspiracy to commit capital murder/remuneration, and arson. Tyree Sanford was indicted for arson. Both were indicted on May 17.

Eisenhaur was arrested March 9 for Attempted Capital Murder for Remuneration after police say Billy Ivy provided her with a firearm, information about the intended victim, and money in return for her killing another man.

Amarillo Police arrested Sanford on March 23 in connection to "a semi-tractor burned while it was parked near a home on the 10,000 block of Highway 60 in Randall County.  Police said the semi was owned by the intended victim."

Ivy was indicted on May 17 for solicitation of capital murder, conspiracy to commit capital murder, and arson. Ivy is also facing weapons charges for possession of an unregistered firearm and possession of a firearm unidentified by serial number.
