Positions for a Better Night's Sleep

AMARILLO -- If you're waking up this morning not feeling rested, the way you're sleeping may be to be blame. 

Doctor Jeff Williams of the Amarillo Pain and Accident Chiropractic Clinic offers some suggestions..
    
Dr. Williams says there are a lot of ideas out there on how much sleep you should get. he says the answers is seven hours. . 
    
Dr. Williams also says the way you sleep has an effect. 
    
He tells us the best position for optimal sleep is on your back. 

The next best position and to help alleviate snoring is laying on your side with one pillow under your head. One pillow between your knees, with your knees together and slightly bent. 
     
Dr. Williams says the worst position is sleeping on your stomach.
