HOLLYWOOD MINUTE: A New Thor In Town

-
And the hammer goes to Thor.

No, not him, her.

Yep, you heard me right, there is a new superlady in town and she is wielding the hammer of Thor.

In a press release Tuesday, Marvel Comics announced they will be introducing an all new "Thor, god of thunder" this October.

If you are thinking this is a temporary change...it isn't.
The release says quote, "She's now the one and only Thor, and she is worthy!"

Jenny McCarthy is still going to be sharing her "Views" with you.

The former View panelist will be hosting a live hour-long weekly series on Sirius XM.

She starts Wednesday.

On the list of guests, fiancé Donnie Wahlberg and Chelsea Handler.

Speaking of funny ladies, "Knocked Up" actress Katherine Heigl is trying to debunk her supposed "difficult" reputation.

During the Television Critics Association panel for Heigl's new NBC series, "State of Affairs."

The actress said quote, "I can only say that I certainly don't see myself as being difficult. I would never intend to be difficult."

Heigl's new show debuts on NBC November 17.
