Ron Howard wants to tell the story of the Beatles in their heyday.
He's directing a new documentary about the fab four's touring years.
It will focus on the early days at Liverpool's Cavern Club to their final public concert in 1966.
The film will be done with the full cooperation of Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono, the widow of John Lennon, and George Harrison's widow, Olivia.

Jillian Michaels finally speaks out about her departure from NBC's "The Biggest Loser."
According to People Magazine, one of the reasons the trainer says she left the show was because quote, "There were some fundamental differences [with loser's producers] that have existed for a while."
Michaels says the main issue was how she was portrayed in recent seasons...harsh rather than helpful.
She said the portrayal negatively affected her family.
"I came to the conclusion that moving forward, I need to be able to have an impact on the outcome of what I do."
