Bill Cosby To Return To TV With Family Sitcom

You'd be hard pressed to find someone who hasn't heard of comedian Bill Cosby's hugely successful "Cosby Show" from the 1980's even today.

Well it looks like there's another chapter in development.

Cosby is returning to NBC for a new sitcom.

He'll play the patriarch of a  multi-generational family.

That's according to a network rep.

The new show brings the 76-year-old comedian back to the same network where his ground-breaking "Cosby Show" ran for eight years.
