Better Sibling Relationships

AMARILLO -- The relationship between siblings can be a special bond but that doesn't mean it's without challenges.

Parents, here is some advice to help during trying times.

Belinda Palacios from Cal Farley's Boy Ranch says the more kids closer in age usually means more rivalry..

Constant time together and engaging in the same activities can cause sticky situations.

Palacios says to allow your kids to be individuals. Don't push activities on kids when there's no interest.

She also says to remind siblings they are family.

Palacios also suggests instead of ignoring problems and allowing it to go on. Help kids find the root of the problem and find ways to solve it.
