Three Arrested Thursday After 20lbs Meth Buy Bust

A criminal complaint is filed in Federal Court today after a drug bust Thursday.

Court documents reveal Miguel Bravo-Farias, Hector Terrazas, and Rogelio Xochitl Amparan were arrested for Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Methamphetamine.

Officials arrested the three after a shell game of moving the meth through various cars and locations around Amarillo.

Law Enforcement also searched a home in NE Amarillo where they found liquid meth in a conversion lab cooling throughout the home. This is considered a conversion lab from liquid to crystal meth on the 6700 block of NE 19th avenue.

One of the suspects states that the money goes back to Mexico.
