The Texas Archive of Moving Images is accepting old film and video to convert to digital.
If you want one of your home movies to qualify, you have to be willing to donate a copy to the TAMI.
In addition, they have to have been shot in Texas or be about Texas.

They are also accepting Texas-related films until seven tonight and from ten to five Friday and Saturday.
